Donation Criteria**

* Appliances must be 10 years old or newer & in perfect working condition

* Paint/Stain must be new

* Furniture must be in good condition (no rips, stains etc...)

* Light fixtures must be complete and in working condition

* Lumber must be 5' in length, no nails & warping

* Carpet must be in new condition

* Tile/Flooring must be at least 25sq ft.

* Roofing materials must be new or in good condition

* Hardware/Tools in new or good condition

- AC/Heat units

- Tools

- New Paint

- Clothing

- Mattresses

- Used mini blinds

- TV’s older than 5 yrs

- Appliances older than 10yrs.

- Wood Windows

- Single pane windows

- Obsolete Computers/ Electronics

- Solid or Damaged Furniture

- Used Paint/Stain

- Sinks
